Salt Lake City Neighborhoods

Whew…the last few months have been a whirlwind! I haven’t completed this page yet, but I hope to have it done soon. In the meantime, you can learn about Salt Lake City’s neighborhoods on Wikipedia.

I specialize in the Liberty Wells area of Salt Lake City – defined as the space between State Street and 700 E and 900 S and 2100 S. Sometimes affectionately referred to as “Sugar Hood,” this area offers many of the amenities of Sugar House without the higher price that you find east of 700 E. It features great coffee shops, Liberty Park, restaurants and shops, Salt Lake Community College, easy access to downtown and much, much more. The median home price in this area is around $189K, and most of the homes are 2-4 bedrooms with 1-2 bathrooms. It’s a perfect area for first-time home buyers or those looking to downsize a bit!
